There were comfortable beds and a safe box, TV set, and a fridge in the twin room. The service was excellent with parking at the front of the hotel. For sure, free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property...

This hotel provides great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, with easy access to a nearby convenience store and free-to-use buses to Midtown. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are equipped with a kitchen and all necessary accessories.
The only minor downside was the cleanliness of the toilet.

During my easter trip, I enjoyed the mini croissants and lattes at the on-site diners. the hotel's location was ideal, as it provided easy access to free and paid shuttle buses to various ski resorts in the area. the parking facilities were ample, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel's child policy was quite rigid. the front desk staff informed us that even if a family of four with infants were to stay, they would require two separate rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering its location near a convenience store and easy access to buses that can take you to all the nearby Niseko United ski resorts. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The rooms even had a kitchen with all the necessary accessories, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast offered was tasty and reasonably priced.
My only minor complaint would be that the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, particularly in the uncleaned toilet.

Easy access to nearby convenience store, great transportation options to Niseko United ski resorts, clean and tidy rooms, and functional common room with stunning views. The hotel provides a shuttle to Hirafu and Hanazono, while the bus stop just outside the hotel is free for Niseko ski pass holders. We enjoyed the shared kitchen, where we prepared home-cooked meals.
Nothing all excellent.

The breakfast was good, and the facilities were new. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop and had parking available. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was small and cold, and the heating system was ineffective. Getting to the main skiing area was a bit of a hassle, and there was no shuttle service provided.
